Personal Training for Kayakers
The Downstream Edge personal training program is a great way to get in shape, stay in shape, and improve core strength to become a better paddler. Our trainers lead rigorous workout programs that help develop strength, endurance, and effective paddling techniques. Most Colorado paddlers have to jump into the spring runoff after a winter without paddling. Our personal training program will get you ready for the season and paddling at 110% all summer. We offer one, two or three hour workouts at local rivers and playparks in order to fit the busiest of schedules. Get out of the gym this paddling season, and get your daily exercise on the river.
